Bartow standout crowned Florida's Mr. Basketball
Florida Dairy Farmers presented Bartow High School big man Tony Bradley with the 2016 Mr. Basketball award.
With local media in attendance, Polk County dairy farmer Mike Carey led a ceremonial milk toast and presented Bradley with his award during an assembly in the jam-packed school gymnasium.
The Class 7A Player Of The Year, Bradley averaged 22.8 points, 12.6 rebounds and 3.0 blocks per game this season. He has signed with the University of North Carolina and is set to join a Tarheels squad that currently features former Lake Highland Prep (Orlando) star, and Florida's only three-time Mr. Basketball, Joel Berry III.
As one of the top high school players in the country, Bradley was also named a McDonald’s and Jordan Brand All-American.
