Ingredients
- 12 strawberries (Large)
- ¼ Quart whipping cream
- 2 T orange juice
- 2 T powdered sugar
- 1 C blueberries
Preparation
- Rinse strawberries and pat dry. Hull out the top and slice bottom of strawberry, so strawberry stands up on plate.
- Put whipping cream in chilled bowl (do not use plastic). Add orange juice and powdered sugar and whip until stiff. Put whipped cream in pastry bag or Ziploc bag and pipe whipped cream into top of the strawberries and top with blueberries.
- Put small amount of whipped cream in bottom of dish; place stuffed strawberry on top.
