Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 T milk
- 6 puff pastry rounds
- ¼ C shredded cheese
- ¼ C cooked bacon or sausage
Preparation
- Spray mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Press defrosted puff pastry rounds into the muffin tin.
- Whisk egg and milk together. Spoon egg and milk mixture into the uncooked puff pastry rounds.
- Sprinkle with cooked bacon or sausage. Cook at 350F for about 15 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown.
- After you remove from oven, sprinkle top with cheese.
