Ingredients
- 1 C all purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- ½ C milk
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 T butter, melted
- ¼ C apple filling
- 1 tbsp water
Preparation
- In large bowl, whisk together flour and eggs. Add milk and water. Stir to combine.
- Add the salt and butter; beat until smooth.
- Heat frying pan over medium high heat. Pour ¼ cup batter for each crepe. Tilt pan with a circular motion so the batter covers evenly; cook 2 minutes per side.
- Spread ¼ cup of apple filling in crepe; fold sides halfway and drizzle filling over top.
