Ingredients

  • 
2 cups overripe fruit (we used berries)

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup milk

Preparation

  1. Roast fruit with zest, honey, and cinnamon at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.
  2. Mix yogurt + milk with vanilla and honey (if desired).
  3. Layer yogurt mix, fruit, and toppings in glasses.
  4. Add your favorite toppings, we used nuts and granola.

Tip: Let it sit in the fridge for a few minutes so the yogurt can soak up the roasted fruit flavor.
