Ingredients
- 2 cups overripe fruit (we used berries)
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk
Preparation
- Roast fruit with zest, honey, and cinnamon at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.
- Mix yogurt + milk with vanilla and honey (if desired).
- Layer yogurt mix, fruit, and toppings in glasses.
- Add your favorite toppings, we used nuts and granola.
Tip: Let it sit in the fridge for a few minutes so the yogurt can soak up the roasted fruit flavor.
