Ingredients

  • 6 oz reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1 C fat free sour cream
  • ¼ C fat free milk
  • 1 package Jell-o instant sugarfree vanilla pudding
  • 1 C (about 8) graham crackers
  • 1-1/2 C low fat/ no sugar raspberry greek yogurt
  • 1 C fresh raspberries

Preparation

  1. In blender, combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk. Blend.
  2. Pour above mixture in a large bowl, then stir in pudding mix.
  3. Cover and refrigerate the above mix while prepping for the next steps.
  4. Crush up the graham crackers in a plastic bag with a rolling pin.
  5. Slice berries.
  6. Start to assemble your parfait trifles, into cups.
  7. Start with a spoonful or two of yogurt, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs, spoonful of the cheesecake mixture, then top with berries. Repeat layers twice.

Serving Instructions: Eat and enjoy!
