Ingredients
- 6 oz reduced fat cream cheese
- 1 C fat free sour cream
- ¼ C fat free milk
- 1 package Jell-o instant sugarfree vanilla pudding
- 1 C (about 8) graham crackers
- 1-1/2 C low fat/ no sugar raspberry greek yogurt
- 1 C fresh raspberries
Preparation
- In blender, combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk. Blend.
- Pour above mixture in a large bowl, then stir in pudding mix.
- Cover and refrigerate the above mix while prepping for the next steps.
- Crush up the graham crackers in a plastic bag with a rolling pin.
- Slice berries.
- Start to assemble your parfait trifles, into cups.
- Start with a spoonful or two of yogurt, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs, spoonful of the cheesecake mixture, then top with berries. Repeat layers twice.
