Peanut Butter and Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 2 cups whole milk
- ¼ cup small chocolate chip morsels
- ¼ cup crumbled walnuts
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 banana, sliced
Preparation
- In a sealable container, combine the oats, milk, chocolate chips, walnuts, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Cover and refrigerate overnight
- To assemble, place equal amounts of prepared oats mixture into 4 jars, followed by the peanut butter, walnuts and sliced banana and/or other desired toppings.
Feel free to get creative with your jar. Change it up by using chocolate milk. Substitute peanue butter with honey flavored peanut butter for additional sweetness. Mash a banana and add it to the oats for extra creaminess. Other possible toppings: Chia seeds, pumpkin spice, strawberry’s, sliced almonds, hazelnuts, Hazelnut spread, whipped cream, and even white chocolate. You can even warm it up and enjoy it with a BIG scoop of ice cream
