Ingredients
- 10 C whole grain bread cubes, dried and diced
- 6 C 1% milk
- 4 C turkey ham, diced
- 15 eggs, beaten
- 5 egg whites, beaten
- 3 C low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¼ onion, steamed and diced
- ½ tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp thyme
- 1/8 tsp marjoram
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Preparation
- Put diced onion in a covered bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a lightly greased 9”x13” baking dish. Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes, or until set.
- Cut into 20 squares; serve with fresh fruit and glass of milk.
