Ingredients

  • 1 dragon fruit
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 scoops whey protein powder
  • Ice (to taste)
  • Fresh mint (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Cut the dragon fruit in half, then either scoop out the flesh with a spoon or peel off the skin.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Garnish with a spring of fresh mint if desired. 
  5. Serve while the shake is cold.
