Ingredients
- 1 dragon fruit
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 scoops whey protein powder
- Ice (to taste)
- Fresh mint (for garnish)
Preparation
- Cut the dragon fruit in half, then either scoop out the flesh with a spoon or peel off the skin.
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Garnish with a spring of fresh mint if desired.
- Serve while the shake is cold.
