Ingredients
- 2 cups chocolate milk
- 2 ounces Crème de Cacao
- 1 ounces Peppermint Schnapps
- ½ cup ice
- Chocolate frosting
- Chocolate Syrup
- Crushed cookies
- Whipped cream
- Sprinkles
Preparation
- Get two glasses and spread a small amount of frosting around the rims.
- Place a few chocolate mint cookies in a small plastic bag and crush into very small pieces. (You may also use a food processor.)
- Put the cookie pieces on a plate and dip the frosting rimmed glasses into the mixture. Rotate the glass if needed to ensure the frosting is covered in crushed cookies.
- In a large shaker, combine chocolate milk, crème de cacao and peppermint schnapps. Shake over ice and pour into glasses.
- Garnish with whipped cream, sprinkles, and crushed cookie mixture.
Notes: You can easily do this as a nonalcoholic drink by omitting the crème de cacao and the peppermint schnapps and substitute for 1 ounce of peppermint syrup. This recipe also works great as a milkshake, just add vanilla or chocolate ice cream and blend.
