  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • ½  tsp yellow curry powder
  • ¼  tsp cardamom powder
  • 2-3 medium strawberries, diced
  • 1 ½ T powder sugar (1/2 T for dusting)
  • ¼  C Hershey’s special dark chocolate chips
  • 1 T Hershey’s special dark syrup for drizzle
  • ¼  C whole milk yogurt
  • 1/8 tsp lime zest
  • ½ T lime juice

Shooters

  • 3 C whole milk
  • 1 tsp muddled fresh ginger
  • ½ tsp powdered turmeric
  • 2 medium strawberries, diced
  • 6 tsp Hershey special dark chocolate syrup
  • 4 tsp muddles fresh mint

Preparation

First Course

  1. Wontons – In a mixer, add 2 oz of cream cheese, 1 tsp of Sriracha and 1/4  tsp cardamom. Mix on medium speed until smooth and has a uniform color. Fill the wontons with a little more than a teaspoon of the filling. It will depend on the size and shape of your wonton wraps. Make sure to seal the wontons on the edges with water and then crimp the edges with a fork. Pan fry on medium-high heat in ¼-1/2 inch of vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
  2. Shooters – Muddle the 1 tsp of fresh ginger until the juices come out and it looks soft. Add it to 1 C milk and shake for 1 minute to mix them together. Let sit for a couple minutes to marinate.

Second Course

  1. Wontons – Add the onion, scallions, garlic and coleslaw to a food processor. Pulse until mixed well. Add the ground turkey, soy sauce and Asian 5 spice. Pulse again until well blended. Making the mixture smooth helps keep the wrappers from being punctured by hard cabbage. Fill the wontons with a little more than a teaspoon of filling. It will depend on the size and shape of your wonton wraps. Make sure to seal the wontons on the edges with water and then crimp the edges with a fork. Pan fry on medium-high heat in ¼-1/2 inch of vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
  2. Drizzle – With a spoon, mix the yogurt, lime juice and zest together. Drizzle over top of the wonton.
  3. Shooter – Add 1 C of milk and ½ tsp of turmeric together. Shake together until mixed well.

Third Course

  1. Wontons – In a mixer, add 2 oz of cream cheese, 1/8 C Hershey’s special dark chips, 2-3 medium sized strawberries (diced) and 1 1/2  T of powdered sugar. Mix until well blended. Drizzle with the syrup, and then lightly dust with the powdered sugar.
  2. Shooter – Add 1 C milk, 2 tsp Hershey special dark syrup, the muddles fresh mint and 2 medium strawberries (diced) together in a container and shake until well mixed.
