Healthy Farming, Healthy You teaches K-1 students about milk nutrition while older students learn how science and technology help make Florida's dairy farms environmentally sustainable and more efficient.
From Farm
to Table
The Farm to Table program features grade appropriate lesson plans, a poster and video to teach students about the nutritional benefits of locally produced milk and where milk comes from along with tips on how students can grow their own food.
Additional Resources
Students can learn about Florida’s dairy farming industry and dairy products with downloadable lesson plans, links to online videos, and activity sheets in English and Spanish.
